Qualifications for Setting up an Individual Establishment in Bahrain

  • Must be a citizen of Bahrain
  • 18 years or above age
  • Must be a citizen of GCC member country residing in Bahrain
  • Possess a valid passport
  • Annual submission of the audited financial statements to MOICT is compulsory
  • The non-corporate entity must be must have only one legal owner
  • Must have an external auditor
  • Have no criminal record

 

Requirements for setting up an Individual Establishment in Bahrain

  • Singular company enrollment application
  • Commercial name enlistment application
  • Copy of CPR Bahrain ID card for Bahraini citizens
  • Copy of identification  and proof of residency in Bahrain for GCC citizens
  • Evidence that the candidate isn’t settled in other employment.
  • If the applicant is employed, he/she ought to acquire a no-objection certificate signed and stamped by the applicant’s employer
  • Copy of the candidate’s instructive capabilities and experience letter
  • A proposed business address of the business
